and no my last egg didnt make it.. i think its my bator it kills off the females im sure of it.. ill have to see if my babies are males.. which they will be because ive only ever hatched roos in the incubator.. ill have to save up for a new one!! well done again guys.. post pics when the babies are all dried off

now have 2 with 3 others in the works i had to take the egg carton out >shhhh dont tell i opened the bator< It had absorbed most of the water in the dams and the chicks didnt seem to be drying at all and it started falling apart. Jacked the humidity right back up where it belongs by adding hot water. Less than 3 minutes everything was back to where it should be.

LOL it is!!! I keep telling the 2 in there to boot the others around a bit and tell them to come out!!! I think these 2 are finally beginning to dry out, i dont recall my OEGB taking so long to dry. I wanna look in there and see cute fuzziness!

k this is the last play by play for the night. Number 4 popped out of his shell about 20 minutes ago. Numbers 1 and 2 still arent dry. If they are not dry by morning, into the brooder they go to dry under a lamp. This is just crazy taking so long to dry off and fluff up. We're talking nearly 8 hours now.
