21 days?

Hi,

This is my first go.
Now on day 21, three buff and three blue orpingtons.
No sign of pipping. How long should i leave them before I give up.

What incubator?

What style? (Forced air or still air)

What temps?

What humidity?

How did you count?

EX: hour 0-hour 23 and 59 minutes = day 1, hour 24- hour 47 and 59 minutes day 2

Did you candle?

Did you go into lockdown on time?

have you candled and made sure that they are not clear. I usually wait at least 2-3 more days.

home-style incubator, not specific for eggs.
Temperature kept at 100 degrees,
50 humidity,
went into lockdown on time, humidity kept at 60

Try candling (Holding a flashlight to the egg to see into it) one of them to make sure they're still kicking. But I don't think you have a problem. I made a homemade incubator and none of my eggs hatched until late night on the 22nd day, probably after midnight so basically day 23.

My temp did get a little low a few times though, I think that is what delayed my hatch
