That's a big comb size difference, especially since their the same age. I think I can also see the beginning of hackle feather development on Hazel, so I'd say cockerel and Pearl, pullet. Beautifully colored birds!

I took her to the feed store and they couldn’t tell. :/ I guess I just have to wait and see. They offered me to trade her for a different hen but I’m too attached to give her up unless I’m 100% sure she’s a male. We love her so much!

We left with 2 baby Cochins! Hubby fell in love with the feather legs! Let’s pray they are distinctly girls is the paper shreds safe for the brooder? Ran out of pine shavings. We used this for our hamster.
