21 weeks still no eggs

I have 2 Easter Eggers and 2 Olive Eggers, I added oyster shells to there All Flock feed and still no eggs. Is it still to early?

It’s differs with every chicken. Can you show pictures of them? Sometimes wattles that start to redden will be a sign she is close. Also if they squat when you some up to them. Sometimes they don’t do either. It isn’t too early, but it’s not too late either!
