22 week old hens and still no eggs

I am in the Pacific Northwest. Is it the lack of long days? Just wondering if they will even start laying this year at all.
2 hens are Production Reds and 2 are Easter Eggers.

22 weeks is still early for many pullets. I've had hens start laying Christmas week so it not always a function of light and heat that first year. They'll start when they are ready.
