22day old chick pooping blood.

This morning I woke up and I saw poop with blood in it I don't know which one of my chicks did it I have three little roosters and two hens can somebody give me advice I know this is a really bad sign.

There’s two things that could be going on... it could be intestinal lining, which is normal or it could be a symptom of coccidiosis.
 
O no I I wiped it up but took the paper towel out and here's a picture.

I would get some Corid from your local feed store or TSC to treat for possible coccidiosis. Occasional intestinal shed can be normal, so pictures may be helpful. If it is frank blood, or shed more than once, treat and don’t wait. Keep your bedding dry and clean, since coccidiosis is shed in poop, and warm wet conditions promote it’s growth.

Corid dosage is 2 tsp of the liquid, or 1.5 tsp of the power for each gallon of water for 5-7 days. Divide dose in 1/4 if using a quart waterer.

I have some I just don't know how to distribute it I don't want to give too much or not enough I never did it before is this it and how do I give it to them. And do I give it to all of them since I don't know who did it.

Give it to all of them. No need to separate any. Dosage is in post 4. If any seem ill after treatment you can give it for a another 5-7 days at 1/4 of the dosage.
