Also, slightly off topic, but I suggest removing the lid from the metal feeder. We had a chick get its head stuck in one of those and could have lost it. Luckily DH was able to extricate the little one's head without it being injured, but it was scary for all involved.

They should be in a larger brooder immediately.

They should have a minimum of 1/2 square foot per chick for the first 2-3 weeks, 1 square foot for the next several weeks, 2 square feet after the first 4-6 weeks, then the full 4 square feet of space by the time they are several months old.
