23 laying hens and only 7-10 eggs a day. why not more.

mine all seem happy now that the pecking order is established. some of my older hens still bully the newer ones at the feeders. but what can u do right. i got 10 eggs today out of the 23 so hopefully thats a good sign of things to come.
