EEs can be a bit harder to sex, especially if you don't happen to have some of each that first time!
You do have a cockerel EE and a the other bird is a pullet.
My eleven week old cockerels are practicing their voices, and it's really cute! The SIX EE bantam boys are doing better every day, and the TEN? Chantecler cockerels are just starting. I'm keeping them in until late morning at least, in case the neighbors are trying to sleep in.

1st EE is a cockerel. Has male feathering and rust red coming in on the wing bars.

Second is a pullet.

I have a cockerel Cochin bantam named Charli. He is sooo freaking cute but fails with the ladies. I often find him flirting with me as if I was a hen. It’s so freaking cute!

You need to stop that because it wont be cute when he tries to dominate you.
