23 weeks and Still NO Eggs.

This is my first BY flock I have ever had. I have a mixed flock of 10 that have all been raised together. Some look really mature and the others don’t. They are now 23 weeks and still no eggs !

They have never laid anything
Is this time of year the reason ?

I have Easter Eggers, cream legbar , Austra White, orpingtons , cuckoo blue bar,

I would guess that your Austra Whites are closest to POL. I believe all of the others are slower maturing breeds.

23 weeks is early, for their first year laying I wouldn't worry about time of the year. The Production Reds, Delaware and Wyandotte's I have that were hatched out April 21st just started laying last week... 29 weeks.

If you want chickens that lay early I suggest Leghorns, they lay a month earlier than the rest. Egyptian Fayoumis(sp?) lay even sooner. However both breeds can be tricky to contain.

Patience grasshopper. Mine are almost 40 weeks and no eggs. Shorter days and all.
