I found this site and I wanted to bid on an apron to try on my hens to see how they work. It said I couldn't bid unless I was a member so here Iam. The bidding ends in one day so I hope I have time. I have had chickens since 1972. They are a free range,mixed flock-some bantams,some medium. some bigger.There are Mille Fleurs,polish (1),Araucanas,aWellsamer rooster , some really pretty hens -I can't remember what they are - black and white and nice. I aso have guineas and 2 geese and 8 turkeys (bronze, calico,auburn.and a golden narragannsett. We also have horses,goats a dog & a cat. Iam a member (I hope I paid my dues for 2011)of Michigan Bird and Game Breeders. I'm not a breeder but I like to know when the swaps are.My birds are just pets-we don't eat them (just the eggs). Ijust like seeing them and having them around. It's time to head to the barn. It's been nice to"meet all of you. "
