24hrs and counting

Alright, this guy pipped over 24hrs ago and has been like this for quite a while.
It's a BCM.
Still pretty active-- moving and chirping.
My temp and humidity are both good.
I've had 5 others hatch no problem.
This is day 23.

Its about 8:30pm here. Should I just leave it, go to bed, and see what the morning brings?
I know everyone has strong opinions on helping chicks and love to hear some opinions! Thanks in advance

It’s normal to worry from what I know you leave the chick 48 hours before doing an assisted hatch
