26 week hens laying small

How long will it take to start seeing a bigger size of egg from my 26 week old leghorns? They started laying at 17 weeks. I am aware that they'll increase in size as they grow older....is it still normal for them to lay small eggs? I occasionally get mediums, large, and xl eggs but more than ever they are xs to small. is there anything i can do to help the increase in size??

Patience. It will take time. A lot depends upon the breed with some breeds laying larger eggs more rapidly than others.
