26 week old white leghorn not laying

Hello fellow chicken peeps. I have a 26 week old white leghorn named Icky that has not started laying. She seems very healthy, full of energy, and very entertaining. She eats 16% layer feed with oyster shell separate free choice. My 24 week old EE and my 24 week old barred rock have been laying for about a month. Should I be concerned about my Icky?

They generally leave the eggs alone, but if it cracks open, they will eat them shells and all. Not likely to have all of the eggs eaten.

Little turd, it's like she knew. Craziest thing. She is really something else.. my friendliest girl, a total lap chicken. She will fly from the ground and land on my shoulder.
