It was because my temps where pretty low but at least they are hatching. Mostly browns and still 2 yellow. We will see what the other eggs give me. Maybe you and I could do a swap next year so we dont have to cross breed. watcha think?

Congrats on your slowpokes. LakeCumberland has a sale on 1000 mixed batch quail hatching eggs for only 198.00. Don't know if anyone is crazy enough to do it. I have 4 eggies in my teeny tiny 'bator. Wish me luck. Here's sending good thoughts for the rest of your fluffballs getting out.

My bator cant hold over 140 quail eggs. I dont know what I would do if all 1,000 quail where to hatch!
