Looks like a pair to me. All my girls around that age are showing small combs and the males are only a bit larger and darker like yours here.

Yes, I would - if I can find some eggs somewhat locally. I think the problem I am mainly having is I can't find any that are even on my side of the country. So although transit time may be short with express shipping, it is still long and bumpy.

2 month update! Super tamed and friendly, kids are able to pet them with no problem! They also fly onto their arms!
