My 28 wk old banty blue cochin is broody. They just only barely started laying...and she's broody....AAAAGGGGHHHHHH!

My DH will not be happy if I let her be.
 
You can try the cage method, place it off the floor so there is air flow below her, food and water of course but no nesting materials, for a few days.

Only way I can break mine is get her some chicks to raise after a couple of weeks, or give her fertile eggs to hatch. Cochins do tend to be very broody.
 
I had a BO go broody only a month after she started laying. The cage method worked for her. She was back to normal after 3 days in broody jail.
