29 week old Marans hen not laying!

Ok, if this will help me, my 4 girls are 24 wk old RIR's and nothing yet. I keep giving them yummy treats, like mealworms, but they're just free-loading.

She is a Splash Marans that I purchased from a breeder. She isn't laying very often but when she does they are gorgeous eggs! Very dark.
