The three warriors stopped and looked back, their gazes questioning. "Yes?"

 

"It has been reported than some of your flock's members have been crossing the border. Please make sure that it doesn't happen," MG said.

"I can assue you." One of the warriors replied smoothly "No member from our Clan has crossed your borders."

"Good," was all she said. She walked off.

The apprentice seemed to want to say something more but the warrior stopped her "Let it go, an argument will be pointless. However, I do believe we should keep an eye on them, accusing others of crimes they didn't commit is a path to trouble."

The apprentice nodded, listening to his words "Yes, sir." She replied obediently, following him and the other warrior back into the forest.

BlackFlock are very smart and witty. Smoke is known to encircle their darkened camp. A black female Orpington is the leader of BlackFlock, who has one iron foot. Her name is Bloodstar. She's said to have the power to do anything dark or evil. BlackFlock believe in no spirits, only demons. They are highly smart and wary, but are master escape artists. Master fighters and good hunters. They're good at poisoning waterways and talking their way out of things. Other flocks stand very little chance against Bloodstar's warriors, as all of their feathers are razors and their claws are re-inforced. Bloodstar has an entire iron foot, as her foot had to be cut off when she was young. They roost in high trees at night. They avoid light at all costs. They can sneak into another flock and steal easily.

The warriors and apprentice returned to the SwiftFlock, ducking through the dense brambles surrounding the camp. "Are we going to tell Atticus about that other bird?" Scout asked, looking up at Marcello, her mentor.

"Yes" He replied, glancing at her with wise eyes "He will warn the rest of the Clan to watch out for them in case they try anything funny."

"Will he speak to them?" She asked.

"Probably not right now" Amatis answered her from the other side of Marcello "Not unless it continues."

Scout nodded understandingly and followed Amatis and Marcello wordlessly.

Atticus nodded slowly while Amatis and Marcello explained what had happened on the border "I'll warn the patrols" He promised "Until then we can only continue our routine, we have done nothing wrong to provoke an attack from them."

"Yes, I agree" Amatis replied, turning to leave.

"Actually" Atticus held up one wing, halting Amatis in her tracks "Theres one more then I should warn you about. A new Flock has moved into the area, they are dark creatures. We must be wary of them."

"I'll warn the moonhigh patrol" Marcello told him "They are just leaving."

"Thank you" Atticus replied approvingly, dismissing them.
