2nd post about my rooster and his foot 1st post is Can someone help

My rooster has had a limp since he was iddy biddy but lately its gotten worse. his foot i noticed looks funny but he is around 2 years old. he cant even hardly walk. he is also having a breathing problem to. insted of keeping his beak closed while breathing when he takes a breath he opens his mouthlike his nose is stopped up. he is eating not as good as yesterday tho. drinking to not as good as yesterday. i have him on electrolites and antibiotics.
