2wk old Flemish giant eye issue help!

Hi, have a litter of 2 wk old Flemish giants. All are active, healthy, eyes open ect.. My daughter noticed one eye swollen on one of the kits today. Cleaned the crust with warm water was oozing white pus. The eye is white like a calcification over it. injury/infection? any ideas acting totally fine otherwise the other eye is normal. all i have on hand is pen g inject. put some Vaseline on the outside to help keep from crusting up. any suggestions?
