I would vote roo. A pullet would normally have a lot more feathering than that at 3 1/2 weeks.

in the chicken's defense... it came from a tiny egg... and mass production stock... so im not expecting a high quality bird at this point... so the lack of feathering might not be the deciding factor... poor bird
