3 1/2 weeks old...and growing!

How long do we dare keep them in the brooder? It is still too cold to put them outside...but are they going to start pecking at eachother? We still have the light on in there and they still just spread out all over in there but they are getting ROWDY! LOL...its so fun...but do they need more room right away or do you think they can share small quarters for a little while longer?

If you put them outside, just make sure you have a heat lamp or two on them for warmth.

I put mine out at 4 weeks with a heat lamp, cuz they were so rowdy. They loved it. As they got bigger, when the weather was warmer, I turned the light off during the day. Now they are 8 weeks, no light and free ranging! It's even more hilarious when you watch them free ranging!

It is hard, tho, to put them out. I spent more time with them than the family the first couple of days!
