We have a 3 1/2 year old Brahma hen who is having trouble walking. This has gotten progressively worse for a month. She stopped sleeping on the roost longer ago than that. She sleeps on the floor of the coop. I've been going through the list of things to check and I don't know what to do for her. We can't take her to the vet because we're under quarantine. Her eyes are alert, she is eating and drinking with a regular appetite. I can't feel anything unusual in her abdomen and I've checked her for being egg bound. Vent is clear. Her left leg seems like it might bother her. She pulls it back when I stretch it. Crop seems OK. It's a bit squishy in the morning. I gave her miconazole nitrate for a week, but it's stayed somewhat squishy so I'm thinking maybe that's just how she feels? I gave her a warm bath yesterday, but don't want to upset her if that's not helping. She didn't seem to love it. Any ideas of what I could try to help her?
