3-4 week old chick that is breathing heavy and lethargic

I have a chicken that was fine yesterday but today is breathing heavy and lethargic. It is not eating or drinking. I have feed her save a chick with a dropper. Do y’all have any advise as to what could have caused it or what I should do. I am a first time chicken mom.

You may have better luck posting in the Emergency forum. If you post there, please answer the following:
1.Is she eating and drinking on her own? What kind of feed is she on?
2. How does her poop look? (Color and texture) 3. Have you noticed any strong orders?
4.Any swelling in her face or around her eyes? 5.Any nasal discharge?
6. Are her feathers fluffed up?
7. Have you looked in her mouth to see if anything is visible?
8. She appears to be feathered in well; is she in a brooder or outside? Have you changed her housing recently? Is it possible that she is overheated?
9. Do the other chicks seem healthy?
