Have you treated her with an antibiotic?

No lice/mites and her crop is emptying?

Are you giving her any extra calcium to see if she can expel any lash material?

Keep working on hydration and see if you can get her to eat. Looks like she's feeling poorly.

I'm unsure where to find an antibiotic other than going to the vet. My local TSC only has ivermectin for horses.
No lice or mites, and I do believe her crop is emptying.
I've only been giving her vitamins and electrolytes. I'll give her scrambled egg in the morning.

At this point, she seems to be getting worse. I'd treat with the Tylosin as suggested previously or get some Baytril.

I would check her crop each morning to make sure that it is emptying overnight. I hope the Tylosin helps. Dosage is 1 tsp per gallon of water daily for 5 days. Change the water every 2 days.

Update: the hen has died. Too late we discovered that she indeed had a stuck egg that began to decompose and grew maggots inside of her. This is an image I won't be forgetting. Thank you to everyone who helped me and gave wonderful suggestions.
