Yellow/Green poop, dirty butt, lethargic, breathing sounds like rattling

I'm unsure where to find an antibiotic other than going to the vet. My local TSC only has ivermectin for horses.
No lice or mites, and I do believe her crop is emptying.
I've only been giving her vitamins and electrolytes. I'll give her scrambled egg in the morning.

At this point, she seems to be getting worse. I'd treat with the Tylosin as suggested previously or get some Baytril.
You will have to order it online, unfortunately most antibiotics are not available any other way.

Update: the hen has died. Too late we discovered that she indeed had a stuck egg that began to decompose and grew maggots inside of her. This is an image I won't be forgetting. Thank you to everyone who helped me and gave wonderful suggestions.
