Just curious if anyone is wanting to take a stab at this. She's about 3.5 weeks old and a major cuddler, so we're hoping she's here to stay. :)She's got the start of a comb but no redness to it that I can see. We bought 10 chicks from MPC that were sexed female that I plan on splitting with my mother in law. I'm trying to make sure I form attachments to the ones I plan to keep, and I can't keep any roosters!

These are all pictures of the same chick.

At 2 weeks to show the legs

Pullet. Feathering in single barred and a cockerel barred rock at this age would have some wattles popping that would be pretty pink. Comb also would be a little bigger if a cockerel.

So a little less than a week later and we've got some small pink wattles poking through. The feathers coming in on her chest are also pretty checkered/white. Still thinking pullet?

I swear it's like they change a little every hour! Thanks for the peace of mind! 🤪
