First time getting an Easter egger and not familiar with their temperament. This one is 3.5 weeks old and is probably the largest out of new chicks (buff orphingtons, silver laced Cochins and a Bielefelder roo). I can’t tell if her behavior is rooster like or if she is just going to be the main hen of the flock. She is constantly jumping towards the other and flapping her wings at the others she is never aggressive about it just kinda bossy. Ive looked at her comb and can’t really see much of it. Any suggestions if this chick may be a roo?

At this point I wouldn’t venture a guess. I can tell you that EEs come in all different sizes. Some I’ve had look like they have Brahma mixed in them. So size doesn’t really tell the sex one way or the other.
