Sit and talk to them lots and give them treats. You can try and get them to take it from your hand, but be patient with them. Chickens' instinct tells them we are the enemy. You'll have to give them time and lots of attention. Try not to make sudden moves around them that'll spook them, especially from above. Food is always handy, so if you bring them a little something every time you visit, some mealworms maybe, or some greens. It'll help.
For example: we moved house last week and live next to MIL now. Her bantams have very little human contact and run a mile when we approach them. Those things wanted nothing to do with people. We build our chicken run next to where they roam and every day when I feed my chickens I toss them a handful. They are now coming up to me and stopped running away when I walk around them. Food = good!
 
Sat on the floor with a handfull of corn, at first I had to throw it at them but after a minute they came to my hand will do it again later.
