3 Chicks from early hatch- 2 don't act right

I've had 3 belgian d'uccles hatch and only one is trying to stand up and walk around and appears alert. The other two are breathing normall and wiggling but they are laying on their sides and not opening their eyes. Any advice? This is my first hatch.

Thanks! I am proud. The first 3 that pipped were dead this morning and these 3 needed help at the end but they look good other than just laying there. I hope they are healthy. The last 3 eggs arent' doing a thing.

I hatch with condensation forming on the glass... they will pop out easier (like 70+% humidity). I hope you're babies are healthy too. But, if not, chalk it up to learning and you'll be better prepared for round 2

If I help, they are usually a bit more lazy acting for a couple hours. They should be hopping like crazy tomorrow.
