3 chicks-sick (9 weeks old) any ideas anyone?

I had a light on Tom and Jerry for a couple of months, if I remember correctly...
I rechecked: Storey's guide says a brooder for up to 12 weeks if I read it right...
But it's winter so being in a brooder for a longer period of time is okay.
