3 day old baby with slipped tendon or splayed leg. HELP!!!!

Thanks everyone for your help. The little one passed away today. I think there was more wrong with it then just a slipped tendon. Every time I gave it water it seemed to have trouble swallowing. I think it is possible that the parent stock had a vitamin deficiency which can cause, birth defects in their babies. The little one was from some eggs that I had ordered. Again, thank you every one for trying to help.
