3 Day Old Chick Falling Over

Received our chicks in mail. One can stand briefly but then falls over and has lots of trouble getting up. Not sure if it is leg issue, under nourished or weak. Any advise for diagnosis and treatment appreciated.

Are the feet curled? Splayed legs perhaps? Could just be fatigue from being jammed in a box and thrown all over from lazy workers who doesn't care about 'Fragile' or 'Live Animal' stickers on a box!

No curled feet and don't think it is splayed legs. One leg seems weak and she leans heavily on good leg. Saw her slightly lowers bad leg to hock once. Wondering if I should wrap bad leg?
