Okay first I'll answer these questions:

1) What type of bird , age and weight (does the chicken seem or feel lighter or thinner than the others.)
Silver laced wyndytte, 3 1/2 days old not lighter or thiner (maybe a little not real noticeable).
2) What is the behavior, exactly.
Not moving except when i put its beck in water to drink, and opening and closing its mouth to breath.
3) How long has the bird been exhibiting symptoms?
2 hours (since i got her).
4) Are other birds exhibiting the same symptoms?
No, but one of the other ones died during shipping from the hatchery.
5) Is there any bleeding, injury, broken bones or other sign of trauma.
No bleeding, I'm not sure about injury, I don't think any broken bones and Im not sure if shes in pain it seems like she's trying to live.
6) What happened, if anything that you know of, that may have caused the situation.
No except maybe shipping but I wouldn't know how.
7) What has the bird been eating and drinking, if at all.
Just barely eating and drinking only having what we almost force feed her to eat.
8) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc.
Poop looks between normal and runny it might just be that shes a chick yet.
9) What has been the treatment you have administered so far?
Keeping the other chick from stepping on her, trying to feed and water her.
10 ) What is your intent as far as treatment? For example, do you want to treat completely yourself, or do you need help in stabilizing the bird til you can get to a vet?\
I want to treat her myself, it would be difficult to find a vet that knows about chickens in my area.
11) If you have a picture of the wound or condition, please post it. It may help.
I do not, at first i thought she was dead too but I saw her breathing with her mouth
12) Describe the housing/bedding in use
wood shavings corse/medium

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not post saying shes going to die or to give up hope on her any advice would be apreciated

update: sorry she is dead :( but you can post for other people with this problem

Ok, first of all I'd calm down.

Second, thank you for putting down the information! To me it sounds like she's too hot when you factor together that shes panting, runny poop with no other visible symptoms. (maybe I'm forgetting something)...

I'd lift the heat lamp higher or position it so it doesn't heat up the whole brooder, maybe only like 3/4 of it, so the chick has the option of cooling down in the not-so-hot part.

Do you have any electrolytes that you can mix in with the water? This would also be good for the other chickens.

If she got too hot during transport she needs to rehydrate and replenish the electrolytes and vitamins. If you have to go to get a bottle from the feedstore - please do and in the mean time try to let her drink some sugar water. She may just perk up from that. I wouldn't worry so much about feed at this point in time. Especially if you can get electrolytes and vitamins in the water.

Sorry I keep editing this post: One more thing you may want to do after she is perked up some and shows interest in feed to give her some hard boiled egg crumbled very fine. The yolk is the most nutritious part so focus on that if she will eat only little bits.
