Hen not eating, moving, laid soft shell, stayed in coop all day

Does she get a balanced chicken layer or all flock feed for egg layers or just the wild bird feed above? That is not for hens. Or is that just a treat? She needs a balanced chicken feed with 16-20% protein. Besides the crushed oyster shell I would also recommend a granite poultry grit to be put into a separate container from feed. New pullets can sometimes lay soft shelled eggs in the beginning. The concerning thing is her pale yellow poop. Urates in the droppings are normally white, and yellow ones can be a sign of a reproductive disorder, infection, or liver problems which can lead to water belly. Dehydration also may cause it. I would get her drinking some fluids right up to her beak, dipping her beak for half a second if needed. Something like Poultry NutriDrench 2 ml or some electrolytes with vitamins in the water may be helpful. I would also give her a human calcium tablet with vitamin D about 300-600 mg now, or give a Tums broken in two pieces orally.

Wild bird feed is just a treat couple times a week, their regular feed is Modesto Milling Whole Grain Layer NonCorn NonSoy (17% protein). She was laying normal eggs before this, it was only yesterday we found the soft shell.

So after reading about sour crop, that's definitely what she has and I was able to expel some by massaging her. Her crop was soft and squishy, much reduced now but still some fluid there. Just giving her a break before expelling more.

She's been drinking lots today, I gave her vitamin water with electrolytes and probiotics.

Was her crop full or empty early this am before she had anything to eat? Crops should be emptyand flat early am, and then fill up during the day. I would not massage or try to empty a full mushy crop. Do you notice a bad odor from her beak when you feel her crop?

I didn't feel it this morning but compared with the other hens and it's softer and squishier. She hasn't eaten since yesterday. I'll hold off and feel it in the morning. I didn't notice a bad odor.

Her crop feels squishy and soft this morning like it was yesterday. She hasn't eaten and won't even take the grit. Is there anything else I can do?

Did you end up giving her the calcium? It helps with contractions. Does she still looks like she is trying to push something out of her vent? Can you please post another picture of her, and of her vent.

Can you get her drinking some fluids, and electrolytes, Gatorade or Pedialyte would be good for her. If you don’t have any, mix 1/2 tsp of sugar, a tiny pinch of salt in a water bottle or 16 ounces of water. An egg beaten raw or cooked would at least give her a little food. Miconazole or Monistat cream can be given orally to help with sour crop. Here is a good link to read about crop disorders:
