3 day old chick with bald spot

New Chicken owner here! I have a 3 Day old Black star chick that has a bald spot on her right shoulder is this normal should I be concerned?

it was probably plucked by another chicken. where do you keep it with a broody hen or..?

We have the baby chicks in a brooder we made out of a bin

Oh it was probably just another chick. i'd just make sure it doesnt bleed because when theres blood they all peck at it.

I've been continuously checking it for blood and so far it's just a bald spot but I'll keep an eye on it, thank you
