I've got a chick that I'm fairly sure has cocci. She's still drinking and eating with encouragement, but she's very droopy and showing all other symptoms that I know of.
I plan to get corid tomorrow to treat all my chicks with.
Is there anything else I can add or do to help her and/or prevent it with the other chicks?

x2. She's too young to have coccidiosis, something else is going on. Get her hydrated and eating if possible, and keep her with her flockmates if they aren't pecking at her.
Did you hatch these chicks, or were they shipped to you? Especially shipping stress can be a problem, and every chick won't do well every time, no matter what.
Have fecals checked tomorrow if possible, if you are concerned about coccidiosis. It takes longer after exposure to cause problems, and I wouldn't treat something if it's not the problem.

Thank you for the response! I had them all on electrolyte vitamin water until this morning, and I'll try sugar water the next time I go out to check on them. Thankfully the other chicks haven't been avoiding her or pecking her.
We got most of them from a local seller who we've bought from previously, the same day they were shipped in. I'm not sure about where they came from originally. Unfortunately we aren't near a vet who'll see chickens, so I can't have fecals checked.
We did lose one yesterday after someone scared them (I'm not 100% sure if it was fright or other complications) and she seemed to get worse after that, so I do agree it could definitely be stress.

Usually 3 days old is too young to be symptomatic with Coccidiosis.

I would try to get the chick hydrated. Offer her a few drops poultry vitamins if you have them or give her some drops of sugar water. After she is drinking, then see if she will eat a little wet mushy chick starter.
Thank you! I've been considering wetting their food- I'll try that and the sugar water, we had them on vitamin/electrolyte water originally. She's been drinking whenever someone moves her to water, but I have yet to see her go to it on her own

I bought a mixed pack of chicks 🐣 from McMurry hatchery a couple of years ago.... one was dead on arrival.... then I lost about 8 or 10 in the next 12 to 24 hours, I went to the hardware store to get some medicine, another customer told me to put some apple cider vinegar in the water.... I put about a quarter of a cup in a quart of water....didn’t lose any more.... we have a hen sitting on eggs now we have brought the babies into our garage, when they have been in the box with the other chicks 🐣 for a while I pick them up and dip their beaks in the water a couple of times.... since they are healthy I am only putting about a teaspoon of vinegar in a quart of water.... good luck hope this helps

Thank you! I've been thinking about putting apple cider vinegar in their water too, I've heard it can really help with digestive health. She seems to have perked up a bit now, but still droopy. I don't want to change up their water too much in one day, but it'll definitely be on the list for another thing to try. Our original plan was just electrolytes and to try vinegar with our adult hens
