3 day old hen hatched chicks have gross eyes

So my hen decided to hatch her own eggs (well probably none of hers but everyone else's) and they hatched on the 21st. I was not home at the time, on a trip cross the state so my father kept an eye on them.
I came home last night and noticed their eyes were goopy and that they probably couldnt see. So this morning I took a couple photos of them to see if anyone has ideas how to get them healthy and happy.

Clearly you have a respiratory disease present in your flock. These guys are just the latest casualties. You should look into having your flock tested. Once you find out what it is you are treating for, you can make a more educated decision on what to use, and whether or not to treat at all.

There is no symptoms of anything in the rest of my flock. No sudden deaths or anything like that

The newest and frailest members of your flock are ill with the signs of a respiratory infection. The only other thing that could be causing such obvious eye issues is an air quality issue- way too much ammonia in the air- but the coop would have to be pretty filthy to cause such a dramatic reaction.
