Having successfully incubated and hatched 6 chicks over two days, the last little one hatched well, fluffed up and was put into the brooder and it was doing well. Found it lying under the heater today, 3 days on, thought it was dead, but showed a little life, so I have moved it to another brooder with heater and been trying to get it to drink by letting water drip from the end of a QTip. It is still very weak but is getting quite vocal when I lift it up and is actually opening its eyes now, but is not able to eat, but seems to be taking in a little water. Is there anything I can give it to perhaps help build it up a little, obviously would have to be quite liquid as the little thing cannot eat for itself, any help/advice would be appreciated.
