3 Day old RIR,SLW, Black Australop any tips on haveing a better chance for hens when picking?

Hi, I am getting 30 Chicks from Hoover on Fri,
Rhode Island Red,Silver Laced Wyandotte,Black Australop, Barred Rocks, EE And Black Sex Links, Sex Links and Barred Rocks I am ok with picking, just wondering with there is anything else I can do to help having a better chance for hens, They are sex and they are coming from Hoover, Ill be giving away most of the chicks only keeping a few. Thanks

Anyone I am getting them in less then 24 Hrs, I will be getting rid of most of them Tom afternoon I am only keeping a few.

So hard to tell with such subtle differences when they are that young .. Wish I could help but even if you posted pictures I would be guessing ..

I just wasnt sure if there were littlie tricks like with barred rocks.
