This morning found 3 dead chicks now these other ones are acting sick not moving around just sitting still they usually run away. My buddy fed them cracked corn 2 days ago maybe that messed them up. Any way I can revive them?

Chicks should not be fed anything but their starter feed (and scrambled/boiled eggs) really until at least 4 weeks I'd say. If you feed them anything else they will need access to sand or very small rocks so that they can digest the food in their gizzards. (Since they have no teeth, they need rocks in their gizzards to "chew" their food up).

The hard ball on the front for their chests is their crop, which is full of food, and that's normal. If it is full of corn though, then that's probably why they are dying. Put a bowl of sand in their brooder and don't feed them anything but starter feed for a couple more weeks.

EDIT: It looks like they have access to dirt/rocks in the pic. If that's the case for all of them, then they should be processing the corn fine. Maybe they are eating the hay, so maybe switching to line shaving for bedding until they are a little bigger would help.

Also if they are fluffed up and having diarrhea then they probably got coccidiosis from the dirt, so you might need some Corid in their water to save them. The last thing I can think of is just to make sure they have lots of fresh water all the time.
