newborn quail chicks not walking properly

[problem with quail chicks]

my quail chicks hatched on 6th April and all of them are happy except 3, which aren't walking properly because 2 of them are still acting normal, but their legs are sticking out to the sides causing them to fall whenever they are trying to walk, so those two have resorted to launching themselves around, or doing a sort of swimming motion, their toes are curled in too and the other chicks that hatched around the same time are constantly trying to peck at the legs of those 3 chicks and the other chick I'm worried about isn't moving, it just sits there on its side and flails around and the toes on both legs are like rolled in on itself as well as the thumb-like toe being smaller then the other chicks on all three of them. I'm not sure what's causing this on the 3 chicks because they hatched like this. I'm sorry if what I'm saying is a bit all over the place but any help would be appreciated

It sounds like splay leg with curled toes. You can use painter's tape to tape the toes straight, and here is an article on treating splay leg in quail.
