Hi first question I have a yorkie she is 3 lbs
I have been hatching eggs and having babys. I have been feeding Medicated chic feed yellow bag from Walmart. My yorkie eat some I don't know if this is what is making her sick but she has been throwing up everything. We called the vet they said give her (white rice and chic) go figure. The vet didn't ask what kind or ingredients but if we could bring her in that would be better. It don't say on bag can harm dog's that my daughter can find. I'm on my way home. Has medicated chic feed ever killed a dog?

Next question I have had over 100 baby chicks born this year. I have a hen setting but everytime she leaves nest box another chicken jumps in and lays an egg. So the other day I went out and took 10 out 4 had babys in them. I ended up putting them in the incubator and 3 days later they hatched 3 out of the 4 have leg problems why. has anyone ever seen this? Is it because it got over 100 in the coop? 1 cant walk at all 1 limps will hardly put any weight on foot the other that was limping is doing better now walking normal tha last one is fine.

Next question
It's about ducks I don't know if anyone can answer this but I have muscovy and a bunch of other I was told to get brewers yeast and put it in there food I got it off Amazon it's for ducks and chickens. 1 of my muscovys is showing signs of angle wings. Plus I looked up and the stuff I got has garlic in it. When I looked up what not to feed ducks it says garlic. Ok don't understand I bought this off Amazon it got great reviews and it's made by fresh egg daily I think it was like 45.00 or 54.00
What do I give my ducks for vitamins? before we got ducks I looked up to see if we could raise them with chickens and everyware I looked it said it was fine. So what do I give them for vitamins?

Sorry I'm really bad about finding were I am supposed to post stuff I hope this is ok.
I dont now why it says chirping I put 3 questions for title see how bad I am.

What is the chick feed medicated with? If it's just amprolium then that shouldn't make a dog sick, but there are other medications that can that are sometimes in chick feed. I have a bag of chick feed I need to get rid of myself, I bought it thinking the medication was amprolium, but it's not and it is toxic to dogs.
Take a look at the label, what are the ingredients? Or post a picture of it.

I don't know anything about ducks tho.

Sorry this is as good as I could get still drop ingredients there we were 4 hours away about an hour out now from home

My husband is driving that should say was 4 hours out only about a half hour to go to get home. The pictures my daughter sent had to take a picture with my husband phone and than take them with mine I couldn't get it to take a screen shot.

Amprolium can cause thiamine deficiency, which would fit the symptoms you've described. But I think she would have to be eating it for weeks for it to be a possibility - just once shouldn't do it even if she ate a lot.
Of course, keep her out of it until you find the source of the problem. It wouldn't be bad if it is that, it's easy to treat and prevent from happening again.

The right forum for this thread is probably the feeding your flock one, you're likely to get better/more answers there.
