I have three cockerels who need new homes, one Buff Orpington and two Rhode Island Reds. They are about 22 weeks old and they do crow occasionally, but not nearly as much as my BR roo. These boys are handsome fellows and have been raised around people so they aren't mean -- six roos are just too many for my little flock of eleven girls. I've considered having them for dinner but I'm just too squeamish.

I'm in Cherokee County just north of Atlanta. Please PM me if you're interested?

Quote:Wait until you see them in real life, the reds are especially fine-looking boys. I hate to give them up, but I'm on rooster overload here!

That is actually VERY good coloration on the RIR's! Unless it was just dark during that time of day! lol

These boys are still free to a good home. The buff orp has grown into a particularly handsome fella, and the reds are very laid-back roos. Anyone?
