3 hens... 5 eggs... 6 hours... is this even possible!

We had something weird happent the other day. My husband came in first thing in the morning with 11 eggs. I said, "wow!, 11 this early in the morning!". Later around supper he went out to shut the coop for the night and said, "You've got to see this!" and then he pulled out 8 more eggs from his pockets, however...we only have 13 hens. I don't know what happened, but we did collect the eggs the day before. We're still at a loss!

We got 31 eggs from 29 hens one day. One girl lays huge eggs so we joked that some of the others were laying two so she wouldn't show them up all them time! LOL
