3 hens flew the coop (Help)

Me again, Gypsy Rose is doing great. It's been 4 days since she has been back. My question is she has not layed an egg nothing. Do you think it was because she was gone for almost 2 weeks. She is eating stays with the others.......is this normal the person that gave me her said she was a great layer...please advise!
