3 hours to get advice! HELP :)

I am leaving at 11 to go pick up my little BLRW chicks from a wonderful breeder who gets her stock from pauls poultry and some other nice breeders; her birds are GORGEOUS! This is my first time with BLRW and I need to know if there is anything to look/watch for in determining gender? knowing me Id pick all the roos. Any hints are appreciated!!! THANKS

Well, I would NOT pick the tallest chicks...for me, the ones that stand most upright have almost always been roos.

this is my lil' one. she just has a hennish vibe. she's so mellow and sweet!
