3 legs, 4 feet and 2 vents, oh my!

I adopted a baby golden sex link yesterday. She's? About 8 days old and doing great. I'm not sure what possible problems I will run into with her/him but she will be loved and given a blessed life.

She's definelty working with 2 vents, both of them excrete waste. Her little belly looks distended, huge. Possibly full of two sets of intestines. She's got half of another chick attached to her bottom half.
She's over two weeks old and growing slow, but growing nonetheless.

I know this is old, but I was wondering how long she lived. Very amazing little chick!
