Okay so I noticed that one of my Toulouse geese has a nest built with 4-5 eggs in it, and has been sitting. But now I’ve had 2 chickens laying and sitting in that box also. Should I remove the chickens and their eggs or let everyone just incubate together in shifts like they’ve been doing?

Geese and chickens have different incubation time, and different humidity requirements for hatching. You also don't want birds to continue to add eggs. All eggs should start incubating at about the same time or else developing embryos could be abandoned after they start hatching.

AT least keep the chicken eggs removed. The chicken eggs will hatch much sooner than the goose eggs and may cause the goose eggs to be abandoned before they hatch.

In my experience, communal nests are not a good thing but there isn't much you can do to stop chickens from laying in a nest that already has eggs in it.

I removed all eggs and put them into my incubator. I’ve got an egg eater and I can’t figure out who it is
