3 month old Austrolorps sex

These are my two Austrolorps, Bossy and Chip. They are almost 4 months old and I pretty sure they're hens but I could use some help. And also my Lavender orpington, Chickpea, he is the same age and again I would just like to be sure he is a he! Thanks!
